  •  MANY problems can be fixed by RESTARTING the computer. Try this before sending the child for additional assistance.
  • Logging on: If the computer asks for the old password just click-- forgot-- then click proceed. This will take you on without any u issues.
  • When student has rotated their screen -to rotate the screen on a Chromebook, press the following keys at the same time: CTRL, SHIFT and REFRESH (the REFRESH key is in the top row, 4th one in from the left and looks like an arrow moving in a circle). Each press of this key combination will rotate the screen 90 degrees.
  • To stop voice command: To turn off voice control on a Chromebook, you can use the following key sequence by Ctrl + Alt + Z. This will bring up the accessibility menu on your Chromebook, where you can toggle voice control on or off.
  • Please remove headphones by pulling on he sturdy part that you plug it in by. This will help prevent them breaking off in the computer.
